I've had hot honey on pizzas at restaurants but had never thought about it at home until I saw this. I didn't see that it was a ghost pepper until I got it home. While I intended to share this with the whole family, I will now selfishly keep this bottle for myself. They'll believe me for now that ghost pepper hot honey is too spicy. Alas, however, it is just right. Sticky sweet with a little bit of heat. Tonight, I spread it on a calebrese salami pizza fired in the outdoor pizza oven. Perfection! Next up will be some chicken skewers. Don't tell my family how good it is!
