Yes, here’s how it works:

• If returning your whole order for a full refund any reward used will be returned. Any points earned will be redacted.
• For a partial refund, points earned will be redacted proportional to the value of the returned item(s) and funds will be returned to your original payment method. If the entire purchase was made with a coupon, our customer experience team will issue a coupon for the value of the returned item.

All purchases made as of November 2023 will count towards your points balance. All you need to do is sign up to access your rewards!
