    Love the product but had to chase down my order. It apparently was sitting in their orders untouched but they took their money immediately. Not good.

    Arrived Spoiled!

    There was contamination on the lid that prevented it from sealing. This happened twice in the period of several months. I notified them of the issue, they simply responded with 'sorry' and no offer to replace the defective products. I would avoid it completely, especially since they do not stand behind it.

    Melinda's strawberry preserves are fantastic. It is not overly sweet like most preserves and has the perfect consistency.
