    Nice compliment to hotter sauces

    Extra hot 2 stars is a good sauce for beginners ( hot 1 star isn’t worth the time) to try plus 2 stars goes well with other hotter sauces. It makes them more tolerable.

    My first Melinda love

    This is the first sauce I ever bought from Melinda's when it was made in Belize. It's still my go to sauce for egg sandwiches mixed with little ketchup. I keep one on the end table by the couch for emergencies 😉!

    I'm retired, but when I was working I'd keep a bottle in my office drawer. Just a great sauce!
