Melinda La Muerta, nuestra ofrenda a los muertos (our offering to the dead)
El Día de los Muertos or the Day of the Dead is a celebration of the circle of life in México. Meals are prepared and brought to the cemeteries where they are shared in the presence of their deceased friends and family members. Elaborately decorated altars (called ofrendas) welcome the spirits of their loved ones home.
