My ex fiance and I always loved to use this wing sauce as a hot sauce on what he would call "boring people foods" such as tuna or chicken casserole, tuna salad sandwiches, sandwiches in general, it would take them straight to the moon!!! and it certainly pairs perfectly still with say fancy pizza or well made Mexican food, it has just the right amount of heat for me. I got my best friend on the west coast addicted. Now if I could only find this one so easily in stores on the east coast I would get all my east coast people totally hooked as well! I find myself very reliant upon Melinda to help me eat and for a woman I've only ever seen on a bottle, she's been extremely helpful.
