    Other brands of Sriracha sauce are crap

    I like this because it doesn't have the chemical crap that is in other brands. It's garlicky hot and sweet, goes good on chicken, salmon, and stir fried veggies. For Beef and Pork use the Ghost Pepper Steak Sauce.

    Delicious

    I love this stuff!!! I wish it came in gallons because I go through so many bottles of this stuff. It's got a pretty strong garlic flavor that may not be expected if your use to other brands of Sriracha. I use this on stirfry and steamed broccoli as well as Salmon and Chicken.

    As good as H*y Fong!

    We used H*y Fong sriracha for years in the deli until one day, they stumbled and it’s not pretty. The new flavor profile of Melinda’s Sriracha is, how do I put this gentlemanly, an homage to the og. It’s that good.

    Maybe even better than the original

    I love the original Sriracha hot sauce. This is a close second, if not slightly better than the original. Definitely a "must try"!

    Classic taste minimal ingredients

    I really like how this Sriracha sauce has the classic flavor of the original Vietnamese brand but does not have a bunch of preservatives. That being said it does require refrigeration once opened
