I purchased this and when it was delivered two of the bottles inside the box were open. Ketchup all over inside the box. It was not the fault of FedEx. The bottle caps were not on and the seals under them were off. I called, hard to get a number for customer service by the way, but the girl I spoke to was polite and sent another order promptly. Guess what? When the order arrived, it was visibly packaged better than the first time it was sent but yet again inside the box another bottle of ketchup was open. Cap almost off and the seal off. I'm not calling again but this company needs to package these bottles making sure the seals and caps are ON when boxed. Also instead of moving around IN the box they need to be made more secure so they DON'T move inside the box. Poor quality control. I like the sauces but no more ketchup orders from me. Oh yeah, the actual product is not bad but I can make it with my own chili powders and ketchup.
