    Use it for marinades

I don't usually go for preserves, but I've been wanting to make mango habanero sauce by myself. So I decided to add a jar of this to my order for free shipping and to try it out in place of real mango. Well it went great I thought. It's basically like jam, I didn't really see chunks like they say, maybe they're all at the bottom? It's very thick and has a texture like the grainy honey you get at the bottom of the jar. It's a bit more sour than I expected. Eat it with something else and it will balance out. Put it in the fridge after you open it.
