    The perfect "everything" sauce!

    It was love at first taste with this sauce. It is the perfect one for us- not too hot, not to garlicky, not to vinegary, not too sweet, just the perfect balance. It's not available in our local stores so we buy it online by the case. A bottle is on our table right next to the salt & pepper at all times!

    Perfect amount of heat

    People who like everything mild might find this too spicy, but I think it’s just hot enough and has a lot of flavor as well as heat. I add some to pretty much every Asian dish I cook - great to drizzle on tacos and grilled meats too.
