    Good, but not my favorite

    I love scotch bonnet peppers but this sauce had a strange flavor. The spice level was on the mild side but I can't pinpoint the odd flavor. It's still a good sauce but there are others wayyy better, in my opinion. I still put it on everything

    Love this one

    It's sweet and hot. What's ever been described that way and been bad?

    I've been using this along with Melinda's Scorpion pepper sauce, so there's no way of knowing which one is making me sweat (or it might be both). I sure do enjoy Melinda's!

    Not too hot if you like spicy

    I don't use this when making Caribbean food for my mom, who can't tolerate much spice, but otherwise think the balance of flavor to heat is great. You can taste the peppers' flavor - a lot of scotch bonnet sauces are so hot you can't really taste anything else.

    My wife LOVES scotch bonnet hot sauce. Every time I see a brand she hasn’t tried, I buy it for her. She says the same thing every time…..”It’s pretty good, but it’s not as good as Melinda’s.” I agree.
