    Very sweet, slightly salty

    The soy and ginger come through to make this sauce a little sweet-salty. The heat is very subtle but kicks in if it's not mixed with anything else.

    Delicious!!!

    Most impressed with its flavor. Ironically a little more heat would be good. But otherwise it’s wicked versatile.
