The spice is quite noticeable and appreciated as many pepper jellies are simply lacking in everything. I mostly use it with breakfast items and with cheese. My most recent use was to make an Asian style dipping sauce for some potstickers. A glob of mango habanero pepper jelly with some soy sauce. Just microwave 20 seconds or so and stir. I was at work so not much available but maybe some thin sliced scallions would round it up a bit better.

This preserve is an excellent mix of heat and sweet! There's real heat there but it doesn't overpower the flavor if the mango or the habernro.

I've mixed it into mayonnaise to coat fish and into barbecue sauce for ribs. Will char into an excellent crust on a steak. Or right out of the jar for quick "pick me up".
