I will keep buying this lovely condiment in the interim... but I feel like this hot sauce is an incredible display of the flavor possibilities of habanero that is extremely approachable even for (some) people who have trouble with heat... so much so that I want to try my hand at recreating it/playing around with flavor myself. The garlic shines through as well, and I absolutely love that. An amazing product that immediately made a big impression on me. I went through my first bottle within less than a month, and while I have yet to buy a whole case... I have thought long and hard about it. That may be my next purchase. Would love to see this in storefronts and supermarkets and/or in larger bottles if it's ever in the cards. I have seen other Melinda's products while shopping, but never the hot sauces.
