    HOT but DELICIOUS

    Holy mother. I got this out and put it on my pizza. It turned my crappy Domino’s into something that transcended space and time. I’m in love with Melinda’s. My wife is leaving me.

    Perfect for Pepperhead's

    It's a great balance of flavor and heat. It's a bit rich, but when you're in the mood for that, it hits hard. The spice does too, but if hot peppers are your thing, you'll love it. It's not send you to the moon spicy, but it definitely has a kick.

    My only request is that all the products have scoville rankings. I don't find the 1 to 5 spicy scale to be all that useful in picking out sauces. And since these sauces seem to be more geared towards pepper head's, it'd be nice to know where they all sit in a way that's much easier to quantify.
