    Hot sauce

    The hotsauce is very tasty and I love it and I buy it by the cases but I do have one concern. One of my bottles i opened and checked it before I used it because I noticed some white stuff in there then opened it and it was a lot of white stuff and it was not easy to pour I've never had this problem before. I never had to keep it fridgerated should I start? Was this mold? It looked almost like the consistency of sprinkled parmesan cheese .

    Love this so much we bought the half gallon size

    This hot sauce is the base flavor and heat for our house. Even our daughter loves it, and she's not a pepper head.

    I've been using Melinda's XXXXtra habanero sauce for about 30 years now. Not only does it have the heat I crave, but the flavor profile is something you can't get in any other sauce. Most sauces are just about the heat, not Melinda's. In the past few years I've started trying many of the other flavors of sauces and condiments; Spicy garlic parmesan, Sriracha, Pizza hot sauce, Fire roasted garlic & habanero, even a few of the flavored ketchups, etc. All are fantastic. I'm doing stirfry on the blackstone tonight, tough decision what Melinda's sauce I'll be using this time...
