El Día de los Muertos or the Day of the Dead is a celebration of the circle of life in México. Meals are prepared and brought to the cemeteries where they are shared in the presence of their deceased friends and family members. Elaborately decorated altars (called ofrendas) welcome the spirits of their loved ones home.

Ingredients: Bhut Jolokia (Ghost Pepper), Habanero pepper mash (water, red habanero peppers with seeds), onion, lime juice, garlic, salt, vinegar, citric acid, xanthan gum.

Uses: Perfect for serious chiliheads. A dash will do. Works nicely when Thai hot isn’t enough.

    For a 5 on your heat scale, this is no where near hot. Flavor is great, but it shouldn't be rated a 5.

    My favorite hot sauce in a Special Bottle

    This sauce is amazing on everything.

    It is not tourist-grade stuff, as the heat is very high but the flavor is even higher.

    Recommend this to any pepperhead, as Melinda's delivers on their "Set your mouth on flavor" mantra!
