A sultry mezcal sipper kissed with blood orange and a sting of Melinda’s Ghost Hot Honey, then cloaked in rosemary smoke. It’s bright, spicy, and delightfully dramatic—perfect for when you want your cocktail to make an entrance.
Ingredients
- 1.5 oz. Mezcal Espadín
- 1 medium blood orange
- 
                
.5 oz. Melinda’s Ghost Hot Honey
          
                
- 1 sprig rosemary
Directions
- Add ice to a mixing glass.
- Add 1.5 oz. Mezcal Espadín.
- Add the juice of an entire blood orange.
- Add 1.5 oz. Melinda’s Ghost Hot Honey.
- Shake for 15 seconds and strain into a festive glass.
- Torch a sprig of rosemary.
- Place the smoldering sprig on a fire-safe surface with the drink and cover with a glass cloche to trap the smoke.
- Allow to smoke for 30-60 seconds.
