Melinda’s Hot Sauce Takes Tacolandia in Denver

Tacos, tacos, and more tacos was the theme at Westword’s annual taco festival, Tacolandia, in the Mile High City. Denver foodies gathered at Civic Center Park for unlimited tacos from over 40 of the hottest restaurants in town. Local taco trucks, restaurants and vendors alike kept Melinda’s Habanero Hot Sauces at their stations for an extra kick of heat and flavor, because who eats tacos without hot sauce?

Along with unlimited taco samples, fans were invited to the Melinda’s Hot Sauce booth to try 13 of our 15 unique, all natural hot sauce flavors. Melinda's Mango, Jalapeño and Extra Hot Sauce were a big hit for Tacolandia attendees. Melinda's Mango Hot Sauce packs a mild heat level and can turn any dish (or taco) into a tropical party in your mouth. The Melinda's events team had Ghost and Scorpion sauce available for hot sauce aficionados to sample as well. One attendee was brave enough to take a shot of Melinda's Ghost Pepper Hot Sauce. 😰 He took it like a champ, though, and said that even the hottest of sauces you can still taste the flavor before you taste the heat.

The spicy party continued as guests were given a free bottle of Extra Hot, Jalapeño, or Mango hot sauce to throw in their bag (swag).
