I originally tried this sauce when i got it in a hot sauce gift set for Christmas. I was kinda scared at first cause habanero is a little hotter than i like, but to my surprise it wasn’t insanely hot. I went through that bottle pretty quickly and had to order some more. I like that it’s hot, but doesn’t set your mouth on fire like some habanero sauces. I especially like the fact that it is one of the lower sodium hot sauces at about a third of what the popular cayenne sauces have at around 200mg of sodium per serving. I will be keeping this stocked in home and giving my mouth some good manageable heat!
