    Good balance of heat and flavor

    I like sauces the hotter the better but sometimes all you get is heat. This sauce has a nice flavor profile in addition to the heat. I tried it because the Bhut Jolokia was sold out, and I was not disappointed. Adequate heat if you are used to hot foods, and a different flavor profile than the other Jolokia sauces. I was certainly able to get my Jolokia sauce fix with this one.

    Wonderful taste and perfect heat

    Brings even plain dishes to life. They did a great job bringing a robust flavor profile to one of their hotter sauces. I have a high heat tolerance so for me it is a perfect sauce. It does have a distinctly different flavor from the Bhut Jolokia sauce. Both are wonderful.
