    Ketchup is no longer just ketchup!

    What a treat! A balanced heat that is consistent throughout the burger. No more hot bite and chew (too much hot sauce in this side) and then “I can barely taste the hot sauce” bite and chew (guess I mostly missed this side of the burger). Enough heat to know it’s there, but I can still taste the medium rare hamburger. Excellent French fry dip to boot!
