I put this truffle hot sauce on almost everything. It is a complex flavor, different than anything else I’ve used before. It’s not just a hot sauce. It does a a bit of spice but the flavor is by far the taste you get the most. I’ve found that my favorite things to put it on is dishes with any kind of cream to it and cheesy dishes. I can’t describe the flavor, it’s just something you have to try. But there is a slight difference in spice between where it’s made but the flavor profile is almost identical and I like both but prefer the one that’s made in Columbia. This sauce has a unique flavor that, so far, tastes amazing with everything I eat. I live in a household where I have to be as dull as possible while preparing food, due to certain members' dietary restrictions. So, hot sauce is the solution for me. This sauce in particular has made eating the food here more than just acceptable; I am excited for dinner again!

The first time I tasted Black Truffle; I was amazed at the sudden burst of flavor. It isn't Hot, but there is a tinge of heat in there. The heat isn't overwhelming, but you know it is there. The flavor is out of this world good. Nothing I have ever tasted before. It definitely isn't bland, and I just love how it makes anything come alive. Your taste buds will be thanking you to the end of the bottle at which time you will have already reordered, and a new bottle will be on the shelf waiting to be opened. Excellent product!

Picked this up as a trail bottle at Walmart for $1. I turned everyone in my office on to this hot sauce and we now have a communal bottle in the fridge. It goes on everything. My egg bites in the morning, burritos at lunch. I can’t say enough how much this sauce has made me addicted.
