I am impressed that Melinda’s developed a habanero based sauced that is so much more than stupid heat. These folks have a respectful heat level dialed in and, in what is rare these days, has the heat level properly indicated on the label.
The spiciness is balanced by the acidity of the vinegar and lime juice with plenty of other flavors coming along for the ride.
Melinda’s Creamy Style Habanero Wing Sauce has turned into one of my household staples and I give it a massive thumbs up!”
