This bold and spicy Sriracha Ranch Queso is a smoky, cheesy dip perfect for any BBQ gathering. Combining the smooth richness of Velveeta, cheddar, and cream cheese with the zesty kick of Rotel, Melinda's Sriracha Ranch, and Sriracha, this queso is taken to the next level by smoking it to perfection. Topped with more sriracha sauces and optionally garnished with Flor De Chile crunchy peppers for added crunch and heat, this dip is a crowd-pleaser that brings all the flavors of backyard BBQ and good times together.
Ingredients

20 oz Velveeta Cheese
-
8 oz Cheddar Cheese
-
8 oz Cream Cheese
- 1 Can Rotel
-
2 Tbsp Melinda’s Sriracha Ranch
-
2 Tbsp Melinda’s Sriracha
Directions
- Smoke at 275 for one hour, then mix.
- Add 1 Cup Milk, then smoke for 1 more hour
- Remove from smoker and top with more Melinda’s Sriracha & Sriracha Ranch
(Optional but delicious)
Garnish Each Bite with Flor De Chile Crunchy Peppers
