Spicy candied pecans.
Ingredients
- 
3 Cups Pecans 
- 
⅓ Cup Brown Sugar 
- 
⅓ Cup Granulated Sugar 
- 
3 Tsp Cinnamon 
- 
1 Egg White 
- 
                
4 Tbsp Melinda's Red Savina 
- 
1 Tsp Vanilla 
- 
1 Shot Bourbon 
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 250 degrees 
- Whisk egg white, hot sauce, vanilla and bourbon until frothy 
- Add pecans and coat in egg white mixture 
- In a separate bowl mix brown sugar, granulated sugar and cinnamon 
- Add dry mixture to nut mixture and stir until fully coated 
- Spread pecans over parchment or sil pat and bake for 30-40 minutes, stirring nuts on pan every 10 minutes
