Spicy candied pecans.
Ingredients

3 Cups Pecans

⅓ Cup Brown Sugar

⅓ Cup Granulated Sugar

3 Tsp Cinnamon
-
1 Egg White
-
4 Tbsp Melinda's Red Savina

1 Tsp Vanilla
-
1 Shot Bourbon
Directions
Preheat the oven to 250 degrees
Whisk egg white, hot sauce, vanilla and bourbon until frothy
Add pecans and coat in egg white mixture
In a separate bowl mix brown sugar, granulated sugar and cinnamon
Add dry mixture to nut mixture and stir until fully coated
Spread pecans over parchment or sil pat and bake for 30-40 minutes, stirring nuts on pan every 10 minutes
Let cool and enjoy!
