Experience a tantalizing fusion of sweet and smoky flavors with Melinda's Pineapple Chipotle Margarita. This easy-to-make cocktail combines the zest of blanco tequila, fresh citrus notes of lime and orange liqueur, and the unique kick of Melinda's Chipotle Pepper Sauce. Perfected with a smoked paprika and salt rim and garnished with pineapple, it's a delightful twist on a classic margarita.
Ingredients

2 oz. blanco tequila
- .75 oz. orange liqueur (triple sec or dry curaçao)
- .5 oz. lime juice
- 2 oz. pineapple puree + chunks for garnish
- 4 dashes Melinda’s Chipotle Pepper Sauce
- 1 tsp powdered smoked paprika pepper, for rimming
- 1 tsp kosher salt, for rimming
Directions
Mix together smoked paprika and salt on a shallow dish. Rim a margarita glass with lime to moisten. Twist the glass in the salt mixture. Set aside.
- In a shaker tin, add tequila, orange liqueur, lime juice, Melinda’s Chipotle Pepper Sauce and pineapple puree. Add ice and shake for 15 seconds.
- Strain into the rimmed margarita glass.
- Garnish with a pineapple chunk.
