This cocktail is a creative use of the last bits of jelly in a jar. It combines Reposado Tequila, lemon juice, Dry Curacao, and the remaining jelly for a unique twist. Topped with soda water and garnished with strawberry and mint, this drink offers a delightful blend of sweet, spicy, and refreshing flavors, served right in the jelly jar.
Ingredients

2 oz Reposado Tequila
-
½ oz Lemon juice
-
Strawberry for garnish
-
Remaining jelly in empty jelly jar (this is your call how much!)
-
½ oz Dry Curacao or similar orange liqueur
-
ice
-
Soda water
Directions
When you get to the last bits of jelly in your Melinda’s jar (should be at least a teaspoon or more) add 2 oz of tequila, .5 oz lemon juice and .5 oz of Dry Curacao.
Replace jelly lid and shake vigorously.
Open jar up and add ice.
Top with soda water and garnish with mint and strawberry and enjoy a sweet, spicy and refreshing cocktail, right in the jar!
