• 8 oz Melinda’s Habanero Ketchup

• ½ cup water with chicken cube or stock

• 1 tsp sugar

• ½ tsp oregano

• refried beans canned or homemade

• 1 bag tostada shells

• parmesan cheese or queso fresco for topping

Onion Sauce

• 1 white onion finely diced

• 4 habanero peppers deseeded and chopped

• 1 tsp kosher salt

• 1 cup white vinagar
