Tex-mex crunchy tacos with Melinda's flavor
Ingredients

1¼ lb ground beef or turkey

1 box hard-shell/crunchy taco shells
-
¼ head iceberg lettuce shredded

1 or 2 roma tomatoes diced

8 oz bag of cheddar jack cheese shredded

15 oz jar of Mexican crema
-
1 bottle Melinda’s Mexicana or sour cream
-
1 tbsp Melinda’s Fire Roasted Garlic and Habanero Pepper Sauce (optional)

1 tbsp Melinda’s Chipotle Ketchup (optional)
Directions
Brown meat in a wide pan and drain off excess fat
Add the whole bottle of Melinda’s Mexicana, the Melinda’s Fire Roasted (optional, for more heat) and Melinda’s Chipotle Ketchup (optional, for a smoky kick). Simmer on medium low until the sauces cook down (8-12 minutes or more).
Toast shells
Add meat to shells, then shredded lettuce, diced tomato, crema or sour cream, shredded cheese. Enjoy
