Melinda’s Airfryer Avocado Fries (Keto Friendly)


  • 2 large ripe avocados
  • ½ squeezed lemon or lime juice
  • ⅓ cup coconut flour
  • 2 eggs whisked
  • 1½ cup pork rinds crushed
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp ground cumin
  • salt and pepper
  • Melinda’s Chipotle Ketchup for dipping


  • Cut avocados into long wedges about ¼ inch to ½ inch thick.
  • Place onto a plate and sprinkle them with lemon or lime juice to keep them from turning bitter when cooked.
  • In a bowl add the coconut flour. Set aside.
  • In a separate bowl whisk the eggs.
  • In a third bowl combine pork rinds, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, salt and pepper.
  • Dredge the avocado slice in the coconut flour, shake off the extra then dip into egg wash. Finally dredge the slice in the pork rind mixture so all sides are coated and transfer to a plate or airfryer rack.
  • Preheat the airfryer to 375 degrees F.
  • Arrange avocado slices onto the airfryer tray.
  • Air Fry for 10 minutes until brown and crisp.
  • Let cool slightly and enjoy with your favorite Melinda’s Ketchup!
