Hot chocolate with Chipotle flavor
Ingredients

8 oz dark chocolate 70%

1½ Cups Whole Milk
-
2 Tbsp Brown Sugar
-
1 Cinnamon stick Charred

½ Whole vanilla bean
-
¼ Tsp Sea Salt

8-12 Dashes Melinda's Chipotle Hot Sauce or to taste
Directions
Heat all ingredients together over med-high heat until chocolate is melted, but not to scald the milk
Whisk until smooth consistency and simmer about 5-10 minutes
Remove vanilla bean pod and cinnamon stick
Pour into your favorite mug and garnish with whipped cream, marshmallows and cinnamon – or even a few more dashes of Melinda's Chipotle hot sauce and enjoy!
