This hearty Chicken Buffalo Ranch Dip combines shredded smoked chicken, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and Melinda’s Ghost Pepper Buffalo Ranch sauce for a spicy twist on a classic dip. Perfectly seasoned with Blazing Star Pork’n Rub, this dip is baked to gooey perfection, ideal for dipping with chips at your next gathering.
Ingredients
- One whole chicken
- 8oz cream cheese

1 cup Melinda's Ghost Pepper Buffalo Ranch

1/4 cup Melinda's Ghost Pepper Wing Sauce
- 8 oz shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
- Season whole chicken with Blazing Star Pork'n Rub & Seasoning
- Setup smoker to 350 degrees
- Cook whole chicken until internal breast temperature reaches 165
- Allow chicken to rest before shredding chicken
- season the shredded chicken with more Blazing Star Pork'n rub
- Add shredded chicken to a bowl
- Add 8oz cream cheese to the bowl
- Add 1 cup Melinda's Ghost Pepper Buffalo Ranch sauce to bowl
- Add 1/4 cup Melinda's Ghost Pepper Wing Sauce to the bowl
- Add 6oz of shredded cheddar cheese to the bowl and mix all ingredients
- Add Chicken Buffalo Ranch Dip mix to an aluminum pan and add the remaining shredded chess to the top
- Place pan in smoker at 350 degrees and cook for 25-30 or until cheese is melted good on top
- Allow to cool before dipping with your favorite chips
