Blazing Star Pork'n Rub and Seasoning
- 2 tbsp baking powder
- Zest of 1 large orange
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- ½ tsp Cumin
- ¼ cup Melinda’s Mango Habanero Sauce
- ¼ cup Melinda’s Mango Habanero Pepper Jelly

3 tbsp Melinda’s Hot Honey
- 1 tbsp Rice wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
- Sliced or finely diced fresh Jalapeño
- Chopped Cilantro

Directions
- Pat wings fully dry with paper towels. Toss with baking powder, salt, pepper, orange zest, paprika, garlic powder, and cumin until evenly coated.
- Preheat grill to 400°F. Grill indirect for 20–30 min till internal 165°F, then direct heat until 190°F and crisp.
- While wings cook, combine Melinda’s Mango Habanero Sauce, Mango Habanero Pepper Jelly, Hot Honey, vinegar, and lime juice in a saucepan. Simmer gently until reduced and thickened.
- Toss wings with glaze until all are coated. Return to grill for 2–3 min to caramelize edges.
- Garnish and serve.
