We’re long-time foodies who developed Melinda’s after we noticed a trend in the hot sauce industry.
Other sauces are basic. And basic is boring.
Our dream was to turn up the heat: to play with fire and flavor in the best way imaginable.
How did we do it?
We started with finding the freshest ingredients and the best Chile peppers on the planet. Then we pioneered the different heat levels for each unique sauce.
