THE FOUNDERS OF FLAVOR
We’re Greg and David, brothers (we know, you can tell) and co-founders of Melinda’s.
We’re long-time foodies and dang good cooks who started making hot sauce after we noticed that other hot sauces just didn’t have the same flavor that our homemade sauces did. Why? Because we were the only ones using fresh ingredients instead of dried spices and vinegar. So we decided to play with fire and flavor in the best place imaginable—the kitchen.
Using the freshest produce and the best chile peppers on the planet, we have spent three decades perfecting over 40 sauces and condiments that are outrageously fresh and give everyone the heat they’re jonesing for. From saucing wings and dipping fries to adding a kick to pizza and tacos, we have the heat and flavor that you can really put on anything.
