  • 3 Cups Pecans
  • Cup Brown Sugar
  • Cup Granulated Sugar
  • 3 Tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 Egg White
  • 4 Tbsp Melinda's Red Savina
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla
  • 1 Shot Bourbon


  • Preheat the oven to 250 degrees
  • Whisk egg white, hot sauce, vanilla and bourbon until frothy
  • Add pecans and coat in egg white mixture
  • In a separate bowl mix brown sugar, granulated sugar and cinnamon
  • Add dry mixture to nut mixture and stir until fully coated
  • Spread pecans over parchment or sil pat and bake for 30-40 minutes, stirring nuts on pan every 10 minutes
  • Let cool and enjoy!
