  • Brown meat in a wide pan and drain off excess fat
  • Add the whole bottle of Melinda’s Mexicana, the Melinda’s Fire Roasted (optional, for more heat) and Melinda’s Chipotle Ketchup (optional, for a smoky kick). Simmer on medium low until the sauces cook down (8-12 minutes or more).
  • Toast shells
  • Add meat to shells, then shredded lettuce, diced tomato, crema or sour cream, shredded cheese. Enjoy
