Ingredients
- 8 oz dark chocolate 70%Â
- 1½ Cups Whole Milk
- 2 Tbsp Brown Sugar
- 1 Cinnamon stick Charred
- ½ Whole vanilla bean
- ¼ Tsp Sea Salt
- 8-12 Dashes Melinda's Chipotle Hot Sauce or to taste
Instructions
- Heat all ingredients together over med-high heat until chocolate is melted, but not to scald the milk
- Whisk until smooth consistency and simmer about 5-10 minutes
- Remove vanilla bean pod and cinnamon stick
- Pour into your favorite mug and garnish with whipped cream, marshmallows and cinnamon – or even a few more dashes of Melinda's Chipotle hot sauce and enjoy!
