2 tbsp. Melinda’s Garlic Pepper with butter in a cast iron skillet on med/high heat. Sear for 3-5 minutes. Turn Chop’s over, turn heat to low. Cook for 5-8 minutes, remove from pan and allow 5 minutes to rest. Slice Pork Chop’s thinly. Delicately place Chop’s on plate in a fanlike gesture. Serve with Melinda’s Garlic Roasted Red Potatoes.
