Our philosophy is simple. Heat and flavor mean everything. In Melinda’s Kitchen, Sriracha is crafted by blending fresh red jalapeño peppers with the perfect amount of garlic and sugar. The
fermentation of our red jalapeños produces an “Umami” effect. It is not too hot, not too sweet or salty, rather, it is a perfect sauce intended for liberal use on everything.
