Melinda’s Naga Jolokia Pepper Hot Sauce

Melinda’s Original Naga Jolokia Pepper Sauce is pure heat. Our hottest offering by far, the Naga Jolokia is confirmed by the Guinness Book of Records to be the hottest chili in the world (1,041,427 Scoville Units), unseating the Red Savina for the title. Also known as the Bhut Jolokia (Ghost Chile), the Raja Mirchi (King Chile), and the Naga Morich, this chile is grown primarily in the Northeastern region of India. The names are different depending on region, however, one thing remains the same — these peppers are hot and should be consumed with caution.

I’m addicted, this stuff goes with everything! It’s not the hottest sauce in my arsenal (but it is hot enough that my co-workers don’t mess with it in the fridge at work), but this has great flavor and doesn’t need diluted to be used. I use on beef, pork, chicken, fish, roasted veggies, salads. my ONLY complaint is that I can’t buy in a bigger bottle!

James! Thank you so much for this amazing feedback! And you’ll be able to buy it in larger quantities very soon! We are Naga Jolokia to our collection of cases of 12 soon so keep your eyes peeled. Thanks again!

I LOVE this stuff. Great flavor, and hot enough that I don’t need to overwhelm a dish’s flavor so get it spicy enough.

Absolutely my current favorite hot sauce. I’ve gone through 1/3 of a bottle since I got it two days ago. I’m putting it on everything. I’m assuming the people who read these reviews are hot pepper fans, it’s not unbearably hot by any means, but it’s a beautiful level of heat combined with a delicious level of flavor
