Melinda’s GHOST: the bhut jolokia is very hot, like 1 million scoville units hot. This phantom chile hails from Northeast India. Heat Level 5 out of 5: Yep, it’s all the way up there. Uses: Perfect for serious chileheads. A dash will do. Works nicely when Thai hot isn’t enough.
