Orders are processed the following day they are placed and generally ship within 3 to 5 days of receipt. Orders placed over the weekend are processed on the next business day. A shipping notification from the Carrier will be sent via email once your order ships.

Our offices are open Monday – Friday from 8:30 AM – 5 PM, Central Standard Time. Our offices are closed Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve , Christmas Day and the day after. Fourth of July, Memorial Day and Labor Day.

Melinda’s products do not require refrigeration unless otherwise stated on the bottle. It is recommended that you keep your sauces at room temperature. Some may prefer to refrigerate them; it is entirely your preference.
